1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Giga Booster (gigabooster.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the service. Giga Booster is operated by Smithii LTD, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Service description

Giga Booster is a web-based tool that generates automated trading transactions for Solana SPL tokens across decentralized exchanges. The service creates buy and sell transactions from multiple wallets to increase a token's visible trading volume and maker count on aggregator platforms such as DEXScreener.

3. No financial advice

Giga Booster is a marketing and visibility tool. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading and marketing decisions. Past performance of any token or volume strategy does not guarantee future results.

4. User responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Giga Booster complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You must only use the service with tokens and wallets that you are authorized to operate.
• You understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is signed and submitted, it cannot be reversed.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. Giga Booster never requests access to your private keys.

5. Payment and fees

Giga Booster charges a platform fee of 0.025 SOL per 100 makers, plus the SOL amount you configure for token purchases. The exact total is displayed in the form before you sign the transaction. All payments are processed on-chain and are non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed on the Solana blockchain.

6. Service availability

We strive to keep Giga Booster available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on Solana network availability, RPC provider uptime, and third-party DEX liquidity. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, network congestion, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smithii LTD and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Giga Booster. This includes but is not limited to: loss of funds, failed transactions, token price changes, DEX delisting, or regulatory actions.

8. Intellectual property

All content, code, designs, and branding on gigabooster.io are the property of Smithii LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
