Giga Booster is operated by Smithii LTD, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Giga Booster website at gigabooster.io.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Wallet connection

When you connect a Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, or other compatible wallets), we access your public wallet address only. We never request, store, or have access to your private keys or seed phrases. All transactions are signed client-side by your wallet adapter.

2.2 Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as page views, session duration, and device type. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics by using a browser extension or disabling cookies.

2.3 Local storage

We use browser sessionStorage to remember UI preferences (such as the video widget dismiss state). This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

3. Third-party services

Giga Booster interacts with the following third-party services:

  • Solana RPC providers (Helius) for blockchain queries
  • Jupiter API for token tradability validation
  • DexScreener API for token metadata and pricing
  • Google Analytics for anonymous site analytics

Each service has its own privacy policy. We do not control the data practices of these third parties.

4. Data we do NOT collect

  • Private keys or seed phrases
  • Email addresses or personal identification
  • IP addresses (we do not log these server-side)
  • Transaction history beyond what is publicly visible on-chain

5. Cookies

Giga Booster uses cookies only through Google Analytics. These are first-party cookies used to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. No advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

6. Data retention

We do not maintain a user database. Wallet addresses used during bot runs are processed in real-time and not stored after the run completes. Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's default retention settings (14 months).

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Giga Booster after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
