My transaction was sent but the bot didn't start+
This usually means the backend timed out verifying your on-chain payment. Check the Logs tab — the bot may still be running. If not, contact us via Telegram with your transaction signature.
The token address is not recognized+
Giga Booster validates tokens via Jupiter. If your token doesn't have liquidity on a Jupiter-connected DEX yet, it won't pass validation. Make sure your token has at least one active liquidity pool.
How do I stop a running bot?+
Click the Stop button in the Logs tab. This sends a stop signal to the backend. The bot will finish the current transaction and stop. Remaining SOL stays in the bot's pool.
I was charged but nothing happened+
Check your wallet transaction history for the payment signature. Share it with us via Telegram or Discord and we'll investigate immediately. Payments are verified on-chain, so we can always trace what happened.
